Can you send me a catalog?

Sorry, our web site is our only catalog.  Our site is updated regularly so the product you see on-line is more current than any printed piece.

I just entered addresses for my luggage tags and when I try to check out I get a message indicating my cart is empty!!

This generally means that you have cookies disabled.  Our shopping cart requires that you have cookies enabled in order to work properly.  If you enable cookies your order should complete normally.

Do you make custom luggage tags?  Can I send you an image to print on my luggage tags?

Yes.  Please use the contact us link at the top of this page to request information about where to send your image, and how to place your order.  Please be specific about what it is you want so that we may reply with the proper information.

Can you print my company logo on my luggage tags?

Yes.  But ONLY if you can obtain written permission from the company in question for us to do so.  There are NO exceptions to this policy.  Please don't ask if you can't supply written permission.

How big (what size) are Crew Tags?

Crew Tags are exactly the same size as a credit card.

What are Crew Tags made out of?  Are they engraved?

No, Crew Tags are NOT engraved.  They are printed on a 30 mil 60/40 blend of polypropylene and vinyl using a Dye Sublimation printer.

But what the heck does that mean?

Pull out your favorite Credit Card and take a look at the pretty picture.  It was probably printed using Dye Sublimation.  It means that the ink is imbedded in the plastic and you can't even scrape if off with a razor blade!

30 mil 60/40 blend of polypropylene and vinyl - say what??

That's the stuff that your Credit Card is made out of.  And it's the stuff we make our Crew Tags out of.  It also means that you would have to bend the card in half, back and forth against itself, approximately 50,000 times before the card would break.
