We back each and every tag with a completely unconditional 1
YEAR WARRANTY. Your warranty is valid for 1 calendar year
from the date of your original purchase. And yes,
that means even if your dog eats it, we'll send you another one. We
only require that you return the damaged tag to us. (You can keep the
dog - we've got enough K-9 problems of our own!)
To make your warranty claim simply mail the damaged tag to us at:

Please be certain to include your return address and a copy of your original
sales receipt.
Tags replaced under warranty will be an exact replica of the damaged tag. We will
not make changes to tags being replaced under warranty.
All Crew Tags contain a date code. We will NOT
return tags sent to us that are no longer covered by warranty. If
you aren't sure if your tags are still covered by our warranty, please
call us at (208) 629-4961 BEFORE returning your tags to
us.
